All prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method selected. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.
5. Returns & Warranty
New equipment comes with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear. Returns require an RMA number and must be in original packaging.
6. Rental Terms
Rental equipment must be returned in the same condition as received. Renters are responsible for loss or damage. Late returns are subject to additional charges. A security deposit may be required.
7. Software License
Software is licensed, not sold. License terms are specified in the accompanying End User License Agreement (EULA). Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Geometrics and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
Geometrics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
